Dear Birth Mother,
We understand this is a difficult decision you have to make and we would like to thank you for considering us. A child is a precious gift, wanting to ensure that a child is well provided for and they have the best chances at life is the bravest decision.

We would be honored to provide this child with a loving, happy and stable family.
Let us tell you a little about our us and our family. Tom is a lovable, kind, compassionate and affectionate partner. He is patient, understanding and a loving father to our two sons, Jacob and Brian. Tom is living his dream on being a great dad. Tom has a younger brother Matthew, who is a souse chef in a major restaurant downtown. They are very close and spend a lot of time skiing, cooking and playing guitar together. Tom has a close relationship with his parents, grandmother, and his in laws. For relaxation, Tom enjoys travel, art, and music.
Laura loves being a full time mom. She has an older brother, Dave who has a charming, and bright nine year old daughter name, Halie. Laura’s parents, Angela and Jim live locally and are excited about the anticipation of another grandchild. The grandchildren call them, grandma-ma and grecca. Grecca is the German word for grandpa. Laura enjoys being a mom and get together often with family and friends for play dates with their children. Laura has a good sense of humor, yet she is warm and sensitive. Her passion is being a mom, but she loves to garden, travel and enjoys the outdoors.
We have been together for seventeen years. We have similar backgrounds growing up and similar work experiences. After dating for five years, we married in September 1995. We immediately took our roles as lifetime partners. I went into ultrasound school and Tom went to school part time, while working full time at the hospital.
Later, I took a full time position at a teaching hospital and Tom had graduated with a BS Degree. The following year, Tom began his full time studies in Medicine at a Physician Assistant Program. We were preparing for our future family. After trying to get pregnant, we decided that adoption was how we would build our family. We realize that we want to have a large family and that siblings are very important.
Five years ago, we were blessed and we became the proud parents of our son, Jacob. We finally fulfilled our dreams on becoming parents. We never were so happy and so excited by this new adventure. On Jacob’s second birthday, we adopted Brian. We take such pride and give so much love to our children that we would like to see our boys have another sibling. Jacob is five and is a fun-loving, carefree child. He enjoys music, trains, swimming and riding his bike.
Brian is three and he loves being anywhere Jacob is. Brian takes pleasure in soccer, helping mommy cook and of course trains! We keep the boys active in preschool, swimming, music and tumbling classes.
As a couple, we love being with each other. We strive for date night at least once a week. We are both adventurous and love to travel internationally and domestically. Our children do not attend outside daycare. We are lucky to have flexible schedules that allow us to spend quality time with our sons as well as each other.
We want to be surrounded by children and spread the love we have for Jacob and Brian to their sibling. Thank you for taking the time to read our book and we hope it has given you a well rounded idea of who we are and feel our desire for wanting another child. We are extremely excited at the thought of becoming parents again. We are offering not only ourselves, but a loving home that will definitely provide happiness, good health and excellent education to this wonderful, new life you bring into this world.
Respectfully and warmest regards,
Laura, Tom, Jacob and Brian
